Refunds & Returns Policy – REVITALIZZA® Hair

🛍️ Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, if there is an error in the shipping address or quantity, you must send us an email within 2 hours of placing the order. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to assist you. Once the order has been processed, no changes can be made.

↩️ Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at info@revitalizzahair.com. Please note that REVITALIZZA® Hair does not cover return shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

📦 Incorrect Address Policy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or returned orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If multiple delivery attempts fail, the order will be available for pickup at the courier’s local facility. Failure to collect the package within the given timeframe will void eligibility for a refund.

⚠️ Risk of Loss

All purchases made on REVITALIZZA® Hair are subject to a shipping contract. The risk of loss passes to the customer once the courier confirms successful delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking indicates they have been delivered.

🧴 Product Reactions and General Information

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items suspected of causing allergic reactions or adverse skin effects. Please review the ingredient list carefully before purchasing.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
