These terms apply to every offer, order, and contract made between the trader and the consumer through this website.

If an offer is time-limited or subject to conditions, this will be clearly stated in the offer itself.

The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions. REVITALIZZA® Hair reserves the right to refuse an order when justified reasons exist (for example, fraud suspicion or stock unavailability).

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the product, without stating a reason. We may ask the reason for withdrawal but cannot require it.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be responsible only for the return shipping costs. If payment was made, REVITALIZZA® Hair will refund the amount within 14 days after receiving notice of withdrawal.

Prices are displayed in EUR or the local currency and may vary depending on exchange rates or operational costs. Products shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees, charged directly by the courier or postal service upon delivery. REVITALIZZA® Hair does not charge VAT on such exports.

We guarantee that all products comply with the agreement, meet the specifications stated in the offer, and satisfy reasonable consumer expectations for quality and performance.

We take the utmost care when processing and fulfilling orders. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier availability. Once the order is shipped, tracking information will be provided.

Consumers may terminate ongoing contracts for recurring deliveries at any time in accordance with the agreed termination notice or applicable law.

Payments must be made within 14 days after the start of the cooling-off period or, if none applies, within 14 days of the order confirmation. Accepted payment methods include secure gateways offered on our website.

Any complaint regarding order execution must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product, including a clear description of the issue, by email to info@revitalizzahair.com.

All product information and pricing are published with care, but typographical errors may occur. REVITALIZZA® Hair is not obliged to deliver a product at an incorrect price resulting from such an error.
